Why Did I Fail Verifiied™

Common reasons for failing Verifiied™:

  • Edited or cropped Identification (No edits can be made to any uploaded documents, do not crop the picture of your ID)
  • Blurry/low quality picture of Identification
  • Proof of address document cannot be uploaded by taking a picture of your computer screen (Needs to be turned into a PDF or screenshot)
