What are the live chat hours?

BankSocial® provides live chat support to assist you with your questions and account needs.

Live Chat Availability:

  • Weekdays (Monday–Friday): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

  • Outside of these hours, the live chat team may not be available in real time.

If the Team Is Unavailable:

  • You can still leave a message directly in the live chat window.

  • Alternatively, you can create a support ticket, and a BankSocial team member will respond as soon as possible during business hours.

Tip: For the fastest response, provide your Verifiied® email and a detailed description of your issue when leaving a message or creating a ticket.
