To retry your KYC, open the email you received about your KYC results and click the "retry" button at the bottom. Ensure all information is accurate and documents are uploaded clearly without cropping.

If you didn’t receive the email, contact us through live chat on the BankSocial app, and we’ll manually reset it for you.
