BankSocial is a licensed Wyoming DAO, providing a legal structure that limits the liability of its members.

The DAO manages the lending pool and the $BSL token. It currently has 5 delegates, elected by the community after undergoing a thorough KYC process. These delegates make loan approval decisions based on criteria set and accepted by the community.
