After signing up through the BankSocial app, go to Settings > Verification / KYC to start the KYC process, which is required for full access to BankSocial products and services.

Follow these steps:

Profile:
Submit a valid email address and your Social Security number or tax ID.

Documents:
Upload clear photos of your Driver’s License, Passport, or other government-issued ID. Ensure the images are in focus, and submit both front and back if required.

Liveness Selfie:
Follow the prompts to take a selfie, rotating your head as instructed. You may need to allow camera access on your device.

Address:
Enter your address and upload a Proof of Address, such as a bank statement or utility bill, dated within the last 3 months with your full name and address clearly visible.

Once completed, you’ll receive an email with your results. You can also check your Verifiied® status in the settings section of the BankSocial app.
