Please do not submit any KYC or Proof of Address documents through this Help Center. All documentation must be submitted through the BankSocial account creation platform to ensure proper verification.

If you are having difficulty submitting your document, please verify that your Proof of Address meets the following requirements:

  1. Official Document

  • Must be a legitimate, government-recognized, or financial institution-issued document. Examples include:

  • Bank statement

  • Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, internet, etc.)

  • Government-issued document

2. Recent Date

  • The document must be dated within the last three months.

3. Clear Information

  • Must clearly display:

  • Your full name

  • Your full address

  • The date of issue- Driver’s License: If it includes your current address, it can serve as proof of address.

Ensuring your document meets these requirements will help prevent delays in verification.

For further assistance with document submission, please access the BankSocial account creation platform or consult the in-app help resources. If your proof of address is denied, consider submitting a different document, such as a bank statement, or resubmitting the same proof of ID if it was previously accepted. Additionally, ensure that your document is not outdated, all details are clearly visible, and the format is appropriate (e.g., avoid photos of computer screens). For proof of identity, acceptable documents include a valid passport or an unexpired driver’s license.
