For security purposes, your PIN is set when you open your account and cannot be reset through the app or by support. This is similar to your seed phrase, which is critical for accessing and securing your account.
To ensure you can always access your account safely:
Save your PIN securely – write it down in a safe place or store it in a secure password manager.
Do not share your PIN with anyone. BankSocial will never ask you for it.
Treat it with the same care as your seed phrase.
If your PIN is lost or forgotten, access to your account cannot be recovered without it. We strongly recommend keeping a secure copy of both your PIN and seed phrase at all times.
