The BankSocial Exchange supports the following payment methods for purchasing crypto:There is no need to link your bank account to the BankSocial platform. All transactions can be completed directly at the checkout step using the available payment methods.

American Express- Prepaid Cards: Prepaid cards may be used; however, their compatibility depends on the specific card and its issuer.
Only these card types are accepted at this time.
How to Update Your Credit or Debit Card for Crypto Purchases
You can update or add a new card during any crypto purchase. Follow the steps below:
For example, you can press the Buy button located at the bottom middle of the app to initiate a purchase.

Select the crypto token you want to purchase.
Enter the amount you wish to buy.
Slide to confirm your purchase.
Your existing card on file will appear.
To use a different card, select New Card and enter your updated credit or debit card details.
The new card will be saved for future purchases automatically.
If you no longer want the existing card, you may delete it.
All transactions are finalized during the checkout process using your selected payment method.
You can update your credit or debit card at any time using this process.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
If you do not see the option to add a payment method during checkout, try the following steps:
Log out of the app and log back in.
Hard close the app and reopen it. These steps can help resolve visibility issues with the payment method prompt.
Helpful Notes:
Only Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards are supported.
Card information is securely stored for faster future transactions.- Prepaid card compatibility depends on the policies of the card issuer. If you encounter issues with a prepaid card, it is recommended to try a debit or credit card instead.
