How to Retry Getting Verifiied® (KYC)

If your Verifiied® (KYC) attempt was unsuccessful, you can easily retry by following these steps.

Step 1: Retry via Email

  1. Open the email you received about your KYC results.

  2. Scroll to the bottom and click the “Retry” button.

  3. When resubmitting, ensure:

    • All personal information is accurate

    • Documents are clear, fully visible, and uncropped

Tip: Blurry, cropped, or edited documents are the most common reason KYC fails.

Step 2: Retry via Live Chat

If you didn’t receive the retry email:

  1. Open the BankSocial app.

  2. Contact live chat support.

  3. Provide your email address, and a team member will manually reset your KYC so you can try again.
