Purchasing cryptocurrency in the BankSocial App is simple once your account is set up and verified. Follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1: Verify Your Account
Before purchasing crypto, your account must be Verified®.
Open the BankSocial App
Navigate to Settings
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete identity verification
Verification is required to comply with regulatory standards and helps keep your account secure.
Step 2: Confirm Your Location
Crypto purchases are only available in supported regions.
Ensure you are physically located in a supported area
To view the full and most up-to-date list of supported locations, click the supported locations link within the app or Help Center
If your location is not supported, the purchase option may be unavailable.
Step 3: Make Your Purchase
Once your account is verified and your location is supported:
Tap the Purchase button at the bottom of the app screen
Select the cryptocurrency you wish to buy
Enter the purchase amount
Review the transaction details
Confirm your purchase
After confirmation, your crypto will appear in your wallet once the transaction is processed.
Troubleshooting Purchase Issues
If you’re unable to complete a purchase, check the following:
Your account verification is fully completed and approved
Your app is updated to the latest version
You are in a supported location
Your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds
Temporary network or connectivity issues
