You can import an existing seed phrase from wallets such as Trust Wallet, MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, and other compatible wallets into your BankSocial® Wallet by following the steps below.

Alternatively, you can use the app interface method to import a wallet, which involves navigating through the app's options to add a new wallet.

Step 1: Locate Your Seed Phrase in Your Current Wallet

Open your existing wallet app and navigate to Settings or Security. Look for Seed Phrase, Recovery Phrase, or Backup Phrase.

Make sure you are in a private and secure environment before viewing your seed phrase.

Step 2: Securely Record Your Seed Phrase

Write down your seed phrase exactly as displayed:

  • All words spelled correctly

  • Words in the correct order

  • Stored securely and offline

Step 3: Open the BankSocial® Wallet

Launch the BankSocial Wallet app, navigate to the top of the screen, and click on the "Wallet" option. On the next screen, tap the "+" icon located at the top right corner, then select the "Import" option.

Step 4: Enter Your Seed Phrase

Carefully enter your seed phrase:

  • Include every word

  • Maintain the exact order

  • Avoid extra spaces or punctuation

Step 5: Confirm and Complete the Import

Once confirmed, you will be redirected to the dashboard with full access to your wallet.
