If someone sent you money through BorderlessP2P, follow these steps:
Step 1: Check your notifications
Look for a text message (SMS) or email from BorderlessP2P. It will include a secure link to claim your payment.
Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
Step 2: Enroll (First-Time Users Only)
If this is your first time receiving money:
Tap the link in the message.
Enroll with BankSocial using the same email address or mobile number the sender used.
Complete identity verification (required for your first transaction).
Step 3: Claim Your Funds
If you’re already enrolled, simply tap the link to claim your funds.

If you’re still unable to locate your payment, please contact support and include the sender’s name and the date the payment was sent.
