Short answer
You can only cancel a payment if the recipient has not yet enrolled or claimed the funds. Once the payment has been claimed, the transfer is final and cannot be reversed.
When can I cancel a payment?
You may be able to cancel a payment if:
The recipient has not enrolled in the payment service.
The recipient has not accepted or claimed the funds.
The payment is still marked as Pending in your transaction history.
If these conditions are met, you can cancel the payment directly from your account dashboard or transaction history.
When can a payment NOT be reversed?
A payment cannot be canceled or reversed if:
The recipient has already enrolled.
The recipient has accepted or claimed the funds.
The transaction status shows as Completed.
For security and compliance reasons, completed transfers are final.
Important reminders
Always double-check the recipient’s email address, phone number, or account details before sending money.
Ensure you are sending funds to someone you know and trust.
Once funds are claimed, we are unable to retrieve them.
If you believe you sent money to the wrong person, contact our support team immediately — we’ll review the transaction, but recovery cannot be guaranteed.
